Corporate Holdings in short
What does Corporate Holdings show?
On the chart of a coin that public companies buy, their purchases and sales appear as marks: a green circle with a plus under the candle is a purchase, a red ring with a minus above the candle is a sale. The larger the transaction, the bigger the mark. A dashed line shows the average purchase price of all companies, and a card shows how many coins they hold, what share of the supply it is and who the largest holders are. Works for BTC, ETH, SOL and other coins that companies hold.
How to read Corporate Holdings?
- A mark sits on the candle of the day the company reported the transaction. The largest ones carry a label such as “Strategy bought 4,020 BTC · $343M”.
- Click a mark to see the details: who, how many coins, for how much, at what price and how much the company holds after the transaction.
- The ≈ sign before an amount marks an estimate: the company reported only the number of coins.
- The dashed line is the average purchase price of the companies. Price above the line means they are in profit; below it, they are underwater. The card says the same.
- The card at the bottom left: the number of companies, their holdings, the share of supply, the average purchase price and the largest holders with their own average prices. Clicking the card opens their full list.
How to use Corporate Holdings?
- See whether companies buy into declines and whether their purchases slow down in rallies.
- The zone near the average purchase price of the largest holders is a level the market watches.
- Pick a holder in the indicator's legend to see only its transactions and its average purchase price.
- Transactions are tied to days, so the indicator reads best on the daily chart.
What do you often see on Corporate Holdings?
- Company purchases are no more frequent near bottoms than on an ordinary day: some holders buy on a schedule, tops included.
- A mark's date is the day of the announcement, not the days of the actual buying.
- It shows corporate demand, not direction: on its own it does not say where price goes next.

0:21How to read Corporate Holdings
It is best viewed on the daily chart. The indicator works for bitcoin, ether, Solana and other coins that companies hold. A green circle with a plus under a candle means a company bought. A red ring with a minus above a candle means it sold.
The mark sits on the day the company reported the deal, and the bigger the mark, the bigger the deal. The dashed line is the average purchase price of all companies. With the price above the line, companies are on average in profit; below it, at a loss. Click a mark to see who bought, how much, at what price and what the holdings became after the deal.
The 'approximately' sign means an estimate: the company named only the number of coins. The card shows how many coins all companies hold, what share of supply, and who the largest holders are. Right now that is more than 1,300,000 bitcoins, about 6.5% of the total supply.
